Neil has 40+ years of extensive ‘hands on’ experience
supplying professional contract services to both client and contractor alike. He has developed his career in parallel with the world-wide development of IT & uses his experience and exceptional IT skills to great effect.
Neil has worked in most types of construction [Civils, Highways, Rail, Bridge, Tunnel, Building, Building Services (M&E) & Energy (O&G)] and with most standard forms of contract. He is well versed in the most types of software to expert level and now specialises as a Senior Planning Engineer / Forensic, Delay & Claims Analyst providing dynamic solutions for an all-round, flexible service(s).
With excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to liaise at all levels, Neil is self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to work alone or as part of a successful team.

responsibilities including tender and live project planning together with weekly, bi-weekly and monthly planning & reporting to management and/or client; collaboration and liaison with Process, Engineering & Procurement Departments in order to update, progress and adjust programme(s) etc plus collation of data for & writing of contractual letters / EoT claim(s). Additional scope of work includes that of Contracts Manager & Lead Expeditor on the later projects.
